The level of professionalism our relationship has developed over 10 years in assisting with employee training & development through their management team! They are always available as needed for support at all hours throughout work week or weekend if necessary!! Our agency feels like it really "has" someone dedicated there who cares about employees daily interactions while trying not let them feel rushed when completing assessments during busy holidays seasons! Nothing but positive things can be said by me towards this great staffing firm I have utilized now several times since they first began business many yrs ago!! Very attentive client base willing assist you wen ever need assistance. Always ready take your call even out off working hrs so no one gets neglected. ! We use JMHC every year for Training needs (both new hires) also annual appraisal time too which we truly believe will help develope staff member abilities better than any other organization i could find from past experiences within corporate America. A much more personal touch then larger firms that seem very big upon I like how they are able get in touch with you right away when setting up an interview or job offer! They also have great customer service once hired as well!! Nothing really but would love more time for them if needed at all times of day. Great people who care about their clients needs & wants. !
