There are slight quality differences in the world of affordable kilts. I have bought various brands of kilts based on this pattern trying to get a quality I can live with and this kilt was a winner. The fabric is slightly softer than some other acrylic kilts and is comfortable to wear. There is a big problem with kilt sizing. This seller tried to solve sizing issues by trying to convert measurements to street sizes. This is a great goal, but there are many variables to sizing womenswear and their size chart doesn't match my dress size (maybe the UK chart?). Having had many kilts I know my kilt size and would really prefer if the size measurement was also included. As a result I've ordered a few times trying to find the right thing. If you know your kilt size (which is NOT a jean size) I can tell you the following about the table conversion for this product: size 4=26, size 6=28, size 8=30. This is a great product. This is not the first product I have ordered from this company and I have always been satisfied. Delivery was surprisingly quick.
