Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.

Previously, there was a Logitech G35, which had a broken darling.
I was looking for a headset with a microphone mute button and a volume control. The choice fell on the Logitech G635, Sennheiser GSP350 and SteelSeries Arctic 5. I bought Logitech out of "old friendship" and was so disappointed.

Dear Logitech employees - if you read this and fix the described problem, I will change my review with great pleasure.

-Good 7.1 sound -Good microphone (but there is a nuance) -Good material of the ears - Appearance (backlight is not needed, but beautiful)
