Review on Cazar by Michael Hogate

I like that it is simple, easy for candidates as they can apply online without leaving their homes or offices! It's also very user friendly so everyone in our office has access which makes things easier when we need help with something technical related to the system.

The only thing about cazar i dislike was how slow at times this platform would load up but now everything seems fixed since updating software last week!! Our hiring process takes place through an application portal where applicants upload resumes/CV along side other documents required by us such as cover letters etc., after uploading these files there are multiple tabs within each document you uploaded allowing recruiters & managers alike full visibility into your profile including any previous experience of yours if applicable - giving them all the information needed before deciding whether interview suitability or not.
