I like that they have good communication with their customers, always responding promptly! It is easy for our recruiters to find, track, screen and engage with leads/candidates through their platform. The ability to search by job title, skill set or location makes searching candidates easier than other platforms out there in the market. I wish we could also add filters within my profile so that it's not necessary to have all of your details filled out just to try something out.
