Excellent customer service & response time

I like that they have good communication with their customers, always responding promptly! Sometimes it can be hard to get answers for specific questions about your account but they are very quick in getting back to you or taking action immediately. They also send reminders periodically to ensure nothing gets missed. You will find they are willing to work around any changes you need made to fit your needs. We use them mainly as an ATS system but they do provide other services such as CV database management which is great too if what you're looking for doesn't match up with their main product offering. It's not perfect yet, when using our internal applications we'd sometimes notice there were some duplicate records between our systems and theirs - so I didn't know who was right at times because of this. But once those issues got ironed out everything else worked well. Make sure you ask lots of questions before going live otherwise things might go wrong later down the line.
