It is easy for our recruiters to find, track, screen and engage with leads/candidates through their platform. The ability to search by job title, skill set or location makes searching candidates easier than other platforms out there in the market. I wish we could also add filters within my profile so that it's not necessary to have all of your details filled out just to try something out. If you are looking for an easy to use recruitment tool then this should be at the top of your list! Ease of use allows us to grow quickly without having to worry about hiring more staff. Our team has doubled since implementing Czar as well as making gains on recruiting new talent into the organization.
