Well, it's a strap. There's not much to say about straps. But, well, this one is purple! Good color :). Seriously, the width is good -- it helps hold certain yoga positions. The clasp is tight. The weave is nice, allowing for a soft touch from the strap. I highly recommend this. Plus, the name rocks -- Hugger Mugger. Who can resist? :)

I like the color and the sturdy feel of this strap and I wanted a 6 foot one in addition to the 8 ft. I ordered. That's my feedback.

Excellent product, much better than the inexpensive belts with metal c rings. Easy to cinch up and quickly uncinches between yoga poses.

It took me forever to figure out what kind of strap all the 'cool kids' had in my yoga class. I was too nervous to ask. After ordering a few duds (well well all need something to hold the sleeping bags together right) I finally stumbled across this!This is the perfect stiffness for stretching and strengthening!Beige is perfect so you can write your name on it with Sharpe. Sturdy strap but I prefer the metal buckle version better. They are easier and quicker to adjust. This strap is thicker than most other brands but still isn't as thick like I use at my yoga class.

The real advantage of this strap is the metal clamp at the end, which makes it very easy to insert and release. The long length is not necessary for most yoga practices.

Used for Yoga class ( 4 per week + workshops and retreats). This is an identical replacement strap to my old strap. The old Hugger Mugger strap (20+ years) is extremely well worn, it is still in useable condition. I would expect the new strap to last me a lifetime.

This belt is too big for me and doesn't synch tight. I can use it, but it is not one I would recommend to others. Thanks for attention.

nice soft flexible strong and with a good functional "buckle," what's not to like? at 5'5" i find it works for everything from baddha konasana on up. it does have a metal end-protector tab which is sometimes kind of a pain if you are having to run the strap end through the buckle very often; but usually one doesn have to do too much of that, and i don't have the most dextrous hands, so maybe you won't mind it.my only grip with strap supplies is--how about some shorter ones, folks…

I got this 8-foot 'Yoga strap' since I am 6ft tall and needed something longer than 4-5 feet.Go to the gym alot and also jog a few times a week.hamstrings are VERY tight. I use thisto lay on floor and stretch my hams and quads as well.comfortable and long enough to have slack.LOVE PURPLE!

The strap is great-my only caution is the buckle-the double rings are a little easier to use-the plastic part always takes a second to figure out.

Make sure eight feet is long enough for your every use. Plastic buckle is more convenient than alternatives. The cinch buckle is difficult to operate with one hand!

I thought I was ordering a strap that would hold my yoga mat for carrying it to and from class. Instead it is a prop that is used in yoga to assist in stretching, etc. It is a good-quality product but just be aware that it is not a strap for carry the mat, just an additional prop that is used during exercise.

Very well made and easy to loop into plastic fastener. I bought 6 foot and it's fine for a 5' 2" person. Anyone taller should probably buy the 8 foot.

I love this strap. Although I don't use it as often in my practice. It's perfect for anyone 6 feet or taller. The quality is very good too. I'd definitely recommend it.
