Do not use this for Yoga.but for stretching my tight hamstrings
I got this 8-foot 'Yoga strap' since I am 6ft tall and needed something longer than 4-5 feet.Go to the gym alot and also jog a few times a week.hamstrings are VERY tight. I use thisto lay on floor and stretch my hams and quads as well.comfortable and long enough to have slack.LOVE PURPLE!
