Review on Cazar by Guillo Tilden

I really like that this client is constantly improving their product. They have been listening to their customers and adding new features, etc. The system is very intuitive - no learning curve. As of now, there are not many things I dislike about the system. There are some minor glitches here and there, but it's pretty easy to figure out how to fix them as they get addressed. We've used other ATS systems in the past and are looking for something different. We needed a system that was easy to use and intuitive, and Cazar fits the bill perfectly. Our recruiting team loves using Cazar and we're able to find great candidates quickly. It also helps us stay organized with our applicant data so we don't lose track of any applicants who may need additional help or feedback.
