Review on Cazar by Muleme Bollinger

It is very fast and gives excellent insights at a glance of an employee.It also allows multiple roles for any job/ vacancy so that I can easily compare their profile and their fit with my organization's culture. it was free but now is a paid service. If you want to have good insights,then Cazar is the best option available out in market. For me, it has helped me to keep track of all employees in the team. The ability to add candidates into the system, and track their progress is really helpful when it comes to hiring for specific positions. There are some minor bugs that I have found in the software, but they are easy fixes. I wish there were more options to customize the emails we send out to our applicants. While it's not a huge issue, I wish there was an option to do this. We use Cazar for all of our recruiting needs. It allows us to be able to keep track of each step in the process.
