I appreciate their ability to understand my business needs, as well has having experience with various industries from both sides of law-firm operations (client side vs transactional).
They also tend not be afraid or shy about asking questions that may seem like they are trying too hard/overanalyzing things for clients! Sometimes it can feel "cluttery" in terms how many people there sometimes seems when you're walking through offices; but then again this could just come down more so than anything else because we have such diverse practices at our firms - construction workflows / ERP systems being one example where i've seen alstonsb end up getting involved early enough throughout implementation process before other competitors were brought into scope by others who didn't want them around very long afterwards.
