Review on Skunk Off OW900 Liquid Soaker 8 Ounce by Crystal Reed

My dog just got skunked! This is one of the worst tests you can experience. Not only was the dog sprayed, but it also brought the smell into the house. He ended up rubbing his face on the carpet! And I can't begin to tell you about the terrible stench we dealt with. I have to say this is a great product! I visited several pet stores and hardware stores to find something that could eliminate the odor in my home. I bought a product sold at most pet stores, it helped but not to the extent I needed. So I had to keep looking. Getting rid of the dog was easy, I used Dawn dish soap, white vinegar and baking soda. Yes, this recipe really works. Its smell completely disappeared after using this recipe. However, this did not eliminate the terrible stench in our house. I couldn't find this product in any of the stores I visited and ended up ordering from Revain for next day delivery. It took care of that! It took about 5 days to completely rid the house of the smell. When I first used the product it removed about 80% of the odor but we still had small stains/pockets of odor. After 5 days everything was gone. It's good to open windows and keep them open when you can.
