I wanted an umbrella that could be used as a bat shelter (if you know the part number) when I'm walking the streets of New York on a windy, rainy day and then fold it up into my backpack . In use it was perfect. However, the tissue cannot easily return to its original state. Unlike a regular umbrella when you put it away and twist to wrap the velcro on the back, this one used a snap button closure which required more precision when closing and the fabric couldn't easily return to its closed shape. It could be any transparent umbrella problem, but if you didn't know, trying to close it quickly becomes a problem.
