They are suitable for adults!
I bought them for carnival. I've played Dungeons and Dragons with friends and expected them to just snap into place and I'd have to pin or otherwise attach them to my shirts. No, they are suitable for everyone. Not a single set broke and they were surprisingly comfortable.
