This blender looks very nice. The hand raises at the touch of a button, and the speed controls are a nice, modern dial that's backlit. It's relatively loud, but not louder than other mixers. The legs holding the table top are pretty solid. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't stay in place in the bowl for medium to large batches. The hand shakes a lot, and while I don't think it will break, it will definitely cause problems later. The whole block is more stable than the arm at higher speeds, but still moves. I wouldn't buy it again.
