Review on πŸ’… Tweezerman Dual Nail Brush Model No. 3086-R: Superior Quality and Versatility at Your Fingertips by Jessica Simmons

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Rust cleaning doesn't clean anything.

I bought these many years ago and kept them in a "pantry". I took them off about a month ago and now I've come to the conclusion that the bases of the bristles are pinched by metal. Not that we left the brushes in the water, but we had to wet them to clean our nails. Less than 4 weeks after opening the package, rust was creeping up along the bristles and no amount of detergent or bleach was able to solve this problem. Both brushes had to be thrown away. I would absolutely reject them and stop at plain plastic bottles. They, as they are, will do no more than rust between my nails and my skin. I SO don't want my hand washing to lead to tetanus. *** Addendum: I have noticed that in the FIFTY-FOUR one star reviews where buyers reported their brushes "exploding" or rusting or breaking leaving frayed/dangerous sharp ends or bristle loss (all are manufacturer or manufacturer defects). engineers) to which the manufacturer and/or seller has replied exactly ZERO times. They cannot escape these reviews, so they obviously want to remain silent and will neither take personal responsibility nor initiate improvements as long as the product can still be profitable for them as it is.
