Worked well for the first 5 months, then worked intermittently for a month and now it's completely broken. My husband is an electrician and couldn't get it working again. The lights start flashing (which in itself is blinding) and once they start flashing, none of the buttons stop working. Also the part connected to the wall gets very hot during the process. It seemed to work better with some nail polish brands than others. I tried looking for a guarantee but couldn't find one, something to look for next time. Update March 10, 2021: The seller contacted me, apologized and offered a full refund or replacement. Excellent customer service! I already bought a replacement lamp so the money was refunded quickly and painlessly. Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars.
