I liked: comfortable to wear, durable, good zippers, excellent straps, overall nice clean lines, interior color contrast useful but not bright. Disliked: I I ordered black because I wanted black. What I received wasn't black, it was actually charcoal. Please change the color description accordingly; it is NOT BLACK. I choose not to return it due to time conflicts as my travel date is being pushed back. That color might not mean much to most people, but the thought that I didn't really get what I wanted - after months of research to find the best bag for a petite 65 year old woman without looking like a human tortoise to feel. - frustrating. I can't find anything wrong with the bag itself other than the color. Many Thanks.
