What's good if I can't open it?
Woman bought this product and could not open the tin because the outer sleeve was made of very strong transparent plastic. I tried to open it with a sharp knife to break the seal. I also tried a box cutter and a small knife with a saw blade. I messed up the plastic but I still can't open the jar. I either have to open it or it has to be sent back.
