These sunglasses (normal fit) cover my prescription glasses perfectly. There is even a slotted place in the top ledge to fit right onto my glasses frames giving them extra stability. The glasses come with an elastic strap that can be attached to the ends of the arms to help hold them on the back of the head in case you are engaged in athletics or other activities where they may come off. The tortoise shell is very attractive. The soft plastic storage pouch is quite thick and should provide good protection unless they are crushed, of course. These are every bit as sturdy as the more expensive fitovers. I like the stylish rounded contours. I am so glad I bought these and will probably buy another pair for my car in the near future.
