I live about 3.5 hours from where I was born and my parents and sisters still live in the area. For Christmas I prepared a gift set with local food and drinks that are popular in the area where I live now. I made one for my parents and also for each of my 3 sisters. I was looking for a way to wrap/gift it. At first I was looking for some sort of basket or container to display it nicely but I just couldn't find exactly what I wanted and when I did they were all too expensive. Finally, a few days before our family Christmas. On the way I found her at Revain's. You were perfect! They ended up being just the size I needed. I was able to fit all the presents in it, with a little extra room to keep things from shifting or falling. The height was perfect - my gift included a few larger items, like a bottle of wine and a bag of chips, that were just inches above the bag so they still had plenty of support on the sides. On the plus side, this is an item that recipients can reuse in the future, rather than just throwing them away like traditional gift bags. Pencils. The bottom is not reinforced and I have the feeling that if you put too much weight on it, the handles on the sides can come loose. My gift package included: a bottle of wine, 4 cans of beer, a bag of fries, a large bag of Bavarian pretzels, a jar of salad dressing, a bag of coffee and a large brownie. Not super light when it comes to glass bottles and beer cans, but I've still carried bags by the handles with confidence. If I were to add another bottle of wine I would probably feel it was too heavy. In general I am very happy with them. I used 4 this year and have enough for 2 more years of Christmas gifts for my family!
