Stars' low ratings are so over the top and/or just didn't match their hair type. This product works MUCH BETTER than the following conditioners I have used on my 1-2 year old baby (who has normal curly hair, neither thick nor thin): Johnsons, Honest Co., Weleda, Dove Baby. And what do I mean? The best part is that it stays SILKY smooth. I also use it on my own wavy hair from time to time. The only drawback is the container, I personally think it should have a pump. Also, it takes months.
