God, at least once I didn't spend any money This thing really works! IT WORKS CAN YOU HEAR ME?! So it expels cold air, as cold as the water you pour into a basin. So grab some ice water and enjoy! I live in an apartment where I cannot turn off the heating until May 1st. It's damn hot. This thing solved my problem as I work from home. Very high quality product. Thank you God! I'm going to buy another one for my bedroom so I can keep both rooms cool at the same time. Fantastic! Update: The fan is fantastic and can cool the room. However, this is not a mobile air conditioner and will not replace one. But it's good. You have to keep adding ice to keep cold air from escaping. Still an excellent product.
