This lightbulb relaxes me for sleep.

I find it works to prepare my body for sleep. Whenever I have a headache before bed, this lightbulb helps. I turn it on an hour or two before bed and turn it off when I go to the bathroom in the evening. I don't sleep anymore, but more deeply. worth your money.
