This hat broke the very first time I wore it. I bought this hat for a trip to Arizona, and did not wear it until 4 weeks later when I got there. The very first day that I wore it the seam that holds the dome of the hat to the brim came undone. By the end of the day I was left with two separate pieces of hat. I cannot recommend this product, though I acknowledge that this may have just been a defective one as my sister has the same hat (that she bought 2 years ago) and it has held up just fine. Overall I was not happy, but you might be. :/
