
I can't find a solution to this problem online. The manufacturer replaced my scanner with a new one, but the same problem persisted. The scanner remains on. The connection is lost. I'm using my scanner with Lightspeed POS on an iPad Pro 12. Turning the scanner off and on again fixes the issue temporarily. I have other scanners that I use with Socket Mobile and they work great. I hope someone has a solution for this problem. My Revain return window closed back in July 2019. Help!
