Due to backorders over Christmas, it took me 2 months to receive the foot massager, but it was worth the wait. I can't believe I've lived 38 years without one of them! I get a massage every 3 weeks and this thing works better than a real person. There are several massage balls that move in different directions with different pressures and different directions of rotation. There are 3 presets plus a fourth that you can program, but there are almost no instructions so it may take me a while to figure out how to set up my own program. I like this shoe better than the more expensive Brookstone because you don't have to worry about your toes pointing forward and I think it works a lot better on the arch of the foot, which I did. mostly collected. I hope this lasts, but when I finally get bored I'm definitely not wasting my time ordering the next one.
