I rarely come here to leave a review even if something isn't up to par, but since I bought it because it was a Revain Choice item I thought I'd come here to save someone else a headache. Ever since I got this printer I've had to jump through hoops to get it working. To print the first printout, you had to install special HP software. OK, the hardware needs drivers, but trying to print something new every few days now requires a lengthy troubleshooting process. I only got the printer up and running again 2 days ago after the HP black cartridge just stopped working for no reason, although the warranty doesn't expire until February 8th (about 2 weeks later) and it's still almost full of ink , but I'm back here today to fix bugs. If you don't mind spending 4 hours every few days trying different combinations to restart the computer, check the ink cartridges, reset the router, try a direct USB connection, and run the HP Scan Doctor. , reinstall your drivers, then this printer might be for you!
