The Polk Audio soundbar wasn't at my house for two days before I returned it. The soundbar must be connected to Alexa to function, this is optional. If you don't connect it to Alexa, it will continue to announce that it needs to be connected to the internet. I don't use Alexa so I didn't want to hear the soundbar telling me to connect to the internet at 2am, yes it does. Polk support was non existent and when I called Revain support the tech was as upset as I was and suggested I return it. Whoever designed the UI had no idea that someone might not want to connect their soundbar to Alexa. Don't buy this product, it's really bad.
