Used this product for about three months BJJ. I train about 4-6 times a week. I liked this mouthpiece because it's small, but it turned out that while sparring, a small piece of the mouthguard came loose and got stuck in my throat. I didn't realize it until I got a sore throat and removed the rubber piece from my mouth. Reading other reviews it seems that these essays fall apart with use. While I think what happened to me probably won't happen to everyone, there is a possibility. I now have bronchitis from complications from a strep throat and have not been able to exercise consistently for the past 10 days.
