Where to start? The device looks good at first, but after a week the touch lock stopped working so I had to unplug it from the USB port and plug it back in for the automatic clips to release my phone. Second, one of the automatic clips stopped working after 3 weeks. I bought a phone on 04/09 and on 04/10 the window for returning the device was closed. Third, the vent clip worked fine, but the ball it was attached to kept falling off and my phone fell on the floor of my car; ALMOST EVERY TIME I DRIVE MY CAR. Eventually it got annoying that I had to take the phone out of the case to put it in the device. Very cheaply made and not durable.
