Great base but not required if you have Disney Infinity 3.0
This base was inexpensive and works great. I bought this base thinking I needed a 1.0 base to play with 1.0 playsets but I don't. The only thing you need besides the game sets 1.0 or 2.0 is the game disc/digital game 1.0 or 2.0 respectively. It can be a little confusing, but Base 3.0 works great with 1.0 and 2.0 playsets and characters. So if you have Disney Infinity 3.0, note that base 3.0 will work with 1.0 or 2.0 playsets or characters.
