Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 because this material prevents clumps of litter from sticking together when shoveling. So there are smelly pellets that break down badly and slide back into the box. It is useless to reduce the smell in the slightest. First Verification: The containers were not individually wrapped or packaged in pillow bags. The box fell over or was hit by a ball avalanche. As a result, a product container was damaged - a hole was ripped in the side, the lid fell off and 1 pound of powder was scattered throughout the contents of the box. This eliminated the odors in the box and had a very strong smell. Requested a replacement container and it arrived quickly. New comment: I will use it in my trash can to remove odors if you understand my misunderstanding.
