Product stopped working 59 days after delivery! Completely disappointed in this product. I bought this product for my wife. After she opened the box and took out the Mophie wireless charger I took a look and it looked nice and well built. It had a nice solid feel and weight. Stylish looks and ease of use. Plugged it in and it worked as described. Now, 2 months later, 59 days to be exact, it no longer works. No charger, no light, nothing. Came back here to Revane and was shocked to see that this was a real problem. Many people who test this product and find that this Mophie - Apple Optimized - 7.5W Qi Wireless Charge Pad for iPhone just stops working after such a short time! Revain should stop selling that company's products if a product that just sits on a plugged-in bedside table stops working in 60 days or less. The charger is practically new. 60 days would be considered hardly broken in for such an electronic device. I could understand if it were a travel charger and carried from place to place and exposed to different environments, but that's totally unacceptable for a device of this price range and electronic technology. With an issue this widespread, where are the customer service reps on this Revain review platform? Even if this product is replaced, each individual unit must be warranted for a minimum of 1 year from the date of replacement. If this product does not function correctly within 1 year, it should be withdrawn from sale until Mophie's support engineers or R&D department troubleshoot this serious problem.
