Turned my HT into a good mobile device

I've had this Linear for about two months now and I recommend it. Use it with TYT UV-F9 TYT TH-UVF9 220/2m (200-260 and 136-174MHz) HT dual band ham radio by connecting the HT antenna connector to the input of the amplifier. Be sure to check the SWR of your antenna *with the HT* before turning on the linear amplifier. I've found that the extra power allows the HT to be used as a cellular phone (with an external antenna) in harsher environments than the HT alone. The "T" connector on the power cord did not fit into any of the other cords. that I own. It's just too wide. I deduct a star for that.
