There are 4 rubber feet and a hole in the back if you want to install it. It doesn't include a screw that fits properly into the mounting hole, so you're on your own. All-plastic construction. A small LED that lights up when your USB ports are enabled. Two switches, one for the AC ports and one for the DC ports (USB ports), have no indicators when they are on or off. I personally would like the buttons to light up on power cycle when the circuit is open. As I mentioned, you only get a small LED for the USB and nothing for the AC ports. When the switch is pressed, current flows in the sockets, when the button is open, the circuit is open and no current flows. The buttons are so loud when you push them in and out, wow... dinner sucks at how loud they sound. The cord that you plug into the outlet has a right-angled end and is grounded. Good quality cable, thick.
