I have both shampoo and conditioner. They both smell great. When I actually used them, they didn't feel as good as I had hoped and I had a reaction to the product. My scalp, neck, ears, and face became red and hot. I don't think there's anything special about this product that I'm usually sensitive to - it's just a very intense product. The ingredients are natural, but too much of a good thing is not good. Do not use on sensitive skin! It took me an hour in a cold shower and lots of my old shampoo to fully get the product out and calm my skin. I was really looking forward to this product, but it's definitely not for me.
