When I bought it there was little information about the size so I took a chance. My son just switched to a size 7 so I ordered medium. It's a little big, but I can deal with that. I think if I went up the size it would be another month or two before it got tighter. We swim year round so I'm glad he can wear this for a while. The shirt looks good and my son is comfortable in it. Overall very happy with this purchase.
