I worked with Reeracoen when I was at an international medical insurance company. They were one of our first partners in Thailand and helped us with everything from HR processes to Thai labor law. I cannot think of anything I disliked about them as they were very professional and friendly. They are not afraid to go above and beyond in order to help you succeed. If you're looking for a partner who knows the industry and can provide you with the resources you need, then this is the team for you! I was at another company before working with Reeracoen so I don't know what it would have been like otherwise. However, I believe that my time there has benefited me greatly because of the professionalism and dedication of the entire organization. They provide excellent customer support from beginning to end! The recruiters are very friendly & knowledgeable about what you need done as well as how your process should be handled when hiring or looking at candidates. I have used them several times now with little issues each time (a few days waiting). No problems that would prevent me using again. Excellent team who listens intently to understand my requirements/needs while providing great recommendations regarding available talent.
