Best one ive owned as far as accuracy.
The only thing negative about it, is that it beeps if your oxygen level is too low. To me, its annoying but it may not bother you.

- How do I know if the meter is accurate??? It reads the same every time.

- The device may not be very user-friendly for elderly or less tech-savvy individuals
