At first glance the size 7 length was good but the shoe felt a bit stiff and the angle caused some strain on the back. I removed the liner, replaced with my own orthotics, bought good quality athletic socks and am now very happy that they fit. The shoe adapts to my flat foot and narrow heel, the toe box has a comfortable width and my back doesn't feel strained for a long time. I am also prone to plantar fasciitis in my left foot and experience no pain in these shoes. Now I look forward to my walks!
