Comparative analysis shows that this Kingston 16GB microSDHC Canvas Select Plus 100MB/s Read card is slightly slower when writing compared to the older Kingston 32GB microSDHC Canvas Select ( 16.9MB/s). 80MB/s " Read cards. The reading speed is around 35 MB/s in both cases. Capacity is approximately 3% less than listed capacity (using 1GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes). Some manufacturers are closer. Manufacturers of spinning hard drives always give a little more than what is stated. The price has gone up, so 16GB is almost the same as what I paid for the card last spring, compared to 32GB ($0.41 less). Kingston has always been a reliable performer for me. The packaging worked without disappointment - no tools required. Your mileage may vary based on speed. Actual file reading and writing speeds to the card are likely to be slower.
