Review on BRIGENIUS Rechargeable Operated Portable Personal by Teresa Diers

Like many people who go camping a lot, I thought it would be nice to have a camping fanatic where I could buy spare rechargeable batteries and replace the batteries when they run out. So I bought 2 of these BRIGENIUS fans and 6 replacement 18650 batteries. Unfortunately, when I received the fans, I immediately noticed that there was no battery cover. You can see the rectangle where the batteries are, but the area is sealed. After some pushing and pulling I contacted the seller and asked how to get to the batteries as there was no battery cover. They sent me instructions with a picture of a fan with a battery cover. If there was a battery cover I wouldn't have any issues. When I insisted that there was no battery cover and that the box did not say (Double Batteries) as before or that the batteries came in a separate bag as before, the seller stopped responding. The packaging also states that the batteries are replaceable. I think they forgot to change that too. So I'm wondering if there are two more 18650 batteries inside. Why else would they get rid of the functionality without informing consumers? However, the fan blows a lot of air and the lights are bright when the battery is fully charged. But nowhere does it last as long as advertised at the highest settings, not even half the time. Which wouldn't be too much of a problem if I could just change the batteries on the go. I wonder if it has something to do with batteries?
