The platform has great flexibility in terms of searching for candidates, with various filters available to narrow down your search results. It is also very easy to upload resumes/CVs from within the system as well and then easily find them again if required later. I have not really had any issues with this product so far. If you are looking at using it within an agency or corporate setup - definitely do some research into what other products they use / already use internally (as there may be better options out there). My current role involves sourcing technical people across multiple industries. This allows us to quickly assess candidate capability when compared against our requirements. We can therefore provide accurate feedback to both parties which speeds up the recruitment process along with reducing risk.
