These were purchased to replace the manufacturer's casters which were too small causing them to get stuck and tip over every time we tried to move the table (lap computer type table/chair). The original casters had a rather nasty plastic smell so I was concerned about replacing them with a different set of casters that would stink or get stuck on the carpet. Outside water rollers did not smell. The locks work smoothly, the wheels move smoothly over shaggy carpet, and they feel well made. We've been using it for over a month now and have no complaints. No one. Satisfied!
