Simple yet effective help desk software

The support is always there for you, even if its after hours they are available at any time just simply send an email with your question or comment! Sometimes I have hard times finding what ticket type i need that would meet my needs but all in one place this has really helped me out tons over the years!! Very easy platform when compared side by site which was not as user friendly. Really nothing so far other than great customer service from them with anything relating back of their website being simple enought too find exactly WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. Great option especially considering how much competition we now face due to the pandemic situation going around today's world. ! Their customer support is phenomenal - they're quick to respond, thorough, and helpful. The user interface could be improved. I find that it's not as intuitive to use as other ticketing vendors. They also have additional features like a payment processing system. We've been using them for several months now, and so far haven't had any issues with their service. It makes ticket creation and managing sales easy!
