This product is very good. It was pretty easy to install and seems to be holding my phone well. The only thing I'm not good at is the way it tightens to the handlebars. It's basically a grooved plastic strap that goes over a nut and when you tighten the nut it pulls the strap tighter. The problem is that sometimes the strap comes loose. Not so much that it falls over, but enough that if you don't notice it early in your drive, it loses the steering wheel, forcing you to stop and tighten it. It's nice that you don't have to use a tool, but that doesn't really let you crank. I could use some channel locks but then I'd be afraid of breaking it because it's plastic.
