Excellent product! Aside from adding a lens to the dash cam, this is very simple and easy to do. Just read the instructions very carefully and take your time. Make sure you have a good light source and mark 2 points before attaching the lens. This makes aligning points much easier. I used a permanent marker on the clear plastic lens cover and had no problem fitting it properly the first time. A NOTICE. There is a plastic lens cover on each side of the lens filter that needs to be removed. before sticking the DVR. One side is clear and the other side is blue, the colored side fits the dashcam lens. Be careful not to leave fingerprints on the inner lens, it is very sticky. . My general review of lenses with a filter for the DVR. The glare and reflection from the dashboard and windshield are gone. It's day and night and now I don't get the dashboard curve effect when I watch videos. Regarding the quality of the video (NOTE), so far I've only watched it on my phone and NOT my computer. I get the best quality on my computer when I watch an old video. Mobile phone only: During the day, the quality is clear, beautiful and clear, the video quality is excellent. Mobile phone only: Night time: The video looks a bit rough and dark, but again I'm NOT an expert on video quality etc. I didn't spend endless hours comparing before and after videos (with and without filters). So that's my quick review because I only spent a few minutes watching the video just to see if there was a difference and YES there was! Total for $20 on Amazon and well worth the money and I had no complaints about the filter. The quality is excellent, all glare and reflections on the windshield are gone and that's what I wanted to do! I'm very glad I got this!
