Installation was easy and the finish enhances the room in a way the original black didn't. The sleeve is stretched over a wrapped cardboard form. The two tabs on the box can be removed to ease installation. This is very similar to mounting a bicycle tire. You stretch the elastic rim around the front of the speaker and press it into a small indentation where it snaps into place. It took a few tries to get it right, but the result was perfect and wrinkle free. I suggest keeping the packaging to keep your original case.
